Each year, it’s my great honor to reflect on STARRY’s transformative growth and the unwavering dedication of our team. As we step into FY27, our focus shifts toward a vibrant future guided by our 2026–2029 Strategic Plan—a bold roadmap designed to expand hope, access, and social impact across Texas.
This past year laid a formidable foundation. We expanded our capacity to welcome nearly 300 new family intakes each month across our 31-county service area and opened our new Liberty Hill Family Resource Center, increasing access to vital services for children and families. Our core programs remain stronger than ever—a direct reflection of the passion and perseverance of our exceptional staff and the steadfast guidance of our Board of Directors.
